Capelrig awarded
CCR upgrade project
Capelrig have been
awarded a major contract by Petrofac to upgrade the central control room
(CCR) of the Heather Alpha oil production platform in the North Sea. The
contract involves extensions to the DCS - based process control system and
the emergency shutdown (ESD) system and general improvements to CCR
ergonomics, displays and alarm handling.
