DACS stands for Distillery Automatic Control System, and is our solution for modern process control and manufacturing management within whisky distilleries.

Like many plants, distilleries process raw materials through several process stages to produce the end product e.g. malt intake & milling, mashing, distillation etc. DACS employs PLC and PC technologies, together with the latest automation software, to control each of these traditional processes in a highly efficient manner, which preserves the character and consistency of the end product.
